What should you bring with you?

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a chef
  • Experience in comparable positions
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Passion for the profession and commitment
  • Flexibility and a sense of responsibility

  • A well-groomed appearance

Your area of responsibility:

  • Work in various kitchen departments (pastry chef, charcuterie chef, sauce chef, etc.)
  • Proper Handling of Food and Work Equipment
  • Organizing and ensuring that operations run smoothly in the kitchens
  • Mise-en-place tasks
  • Compliance with HACCP guidelines and safety standards
  • Responsibility for one's own job duties
  • Helping to Design the Menu
