Assistant Service Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for support for our service team at the Köhlerei am See as soon as possible.

  • Supporting and representing restaurant management in day-to-day operations
  • Active participation in customer service and serving as a point of contact for guests and the team
  • Shared responsibility for work schedules, cost of goods sold, and compliance with quality standards
  • Training and motivating the team to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Participation in Events

  • Completed training in gastronomy or comparable qualification
  • Passion for the profession

  • Good knowledge of German
  • Foreign language skills are an advantage
