Service Staff (m/f/d) – Full-time or Part-time

Enjoyment at work, respectful and friendly interactions, collaboration on equal terms, individual involvement…

… and now all we need is YOU!

We are looking for someone to join our service team at Köhlerei am See as soon as possible!

Your responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Providing a warm welcome, offering recommendations on food and beverages, and taking orders.
  • Service: Serving food and beverages in our restaurant and on the sun terrace.
  • Events: Support for events, weddings, and celebrations right on the lake.
  • Preparation: Setting the tables and preparing the service stations (mise en place).
  • Quality: Adherence to our cleanliness and hygiene standards.

The Schlehdorn family offers:

  • A secure and varied job: discover the diversity of the hotel industry with us
  • Performance-related, above-standard pay: Your work is worth a lot to us.
  • Supplements for work on Sundays, public holidays and at night (from 20:00): Because special working hours deserve special recognition
  • Regulated working hours in split shift and shift work: whether full-time or part-time, we will find the right model for you
  • Room for creativity and personal development: contribute your ideas and grow with us
  • A good, friendly working atmosphere and flat hierarchies: Become part of our young, enthusiastic team
  • Regular training opportunities: Because standing still means going backwards
  • Staff accommodation if required: feel at home, close to work
  • High-quality daily meals and shared use of the hotel facilities, because your well-being is important to us
  • Family & Friends Rate, Birthday & Christmas Gifts: We celebrate successes and special occasions together
  • And many more goodies & benefits

What should you bring with you?

  • Experience: Ideally, some prior experience in customer service—but motivated career changers are also warmly welcome.
  • Personality: You're a team player with a friendly, open demeanor, and you enjoy interacting with guests.
  • Work Style: You are reliable and organized, and you keep everything under control even when the workload is heavy in the summer.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (when the lake is busiest).
  • Language skills: Good German language skills for communicating with our guests.

Does that suit you?

Then apply now and become part of our young and dynamic service team.

Please send us your application documents (CV, letter of motivation and relevant certificates) by e-mail to hr@schlehdorn.de or by post to
