What should you bring with you?

  • Training as a chef or comparable qualification
  • Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative preparation
  • Clean, structured work according to HACCP standards
  • Leadership experience desirable
  • Team spirit and reliability even in stressful situations
  • Willingness to work weekends and shifts

Your area of responsibility:

  • Supporting the head chef with menu and meal planning
  • Replacing the head chef during his absence
  • Ensuring smooth operations in all kitchen areas
  • Responsibility for compliance with our quality, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP)
  • Management, motivation, and training of the kitchen team
  • Monitoring of goods orders, warehousing, and use of goods
  • Creative involvement in developing new dishes and seasonal offerings
